Admissions Information
- Innovation Diploma Plus has a rolling admissions process. To be eligible for an interview, students must be between 16-20 years of age and must:
- have attended another high school for at least one year
- be willing and committed to return to a full-time high school
- All students must complete the intake process and go through orientation
- Interested students must come to their intake meeting with a parent or guardian and must bring copies of the following:
- Recent Transcript
- Last Report Card
- Immunization Record
- Attendance Record
- Proof of Address (Lease or Utility Bill)
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
